Cacaonib sandwiches

If you follow me on Instagram you can't escape that I really have a great love for psyllium rolls.

At the moment I am baking nice to have a stock in my freezer again, and this time I also made a sweet variant.

I chose to make this bread in a cake form, so you can cut slices easily. However, another taste experience than the 'balls' that I normally make.

For the macromuts among us, if you eat this bread with butter you are really super tasty in your macros!

Here we go !!

  • 6 eggs
  • 45 grams of mascarpone
  • 75 grams of Greek yogurt
  • Nickling liquid sweet
  • 20 grams of cocoaibs
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.6 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • About 45 grams of psyllium fiber

Mix the eggs, mascarpone, yogurt, baking powder, cinnamon, sweetener and salt with the hand blender until a smooth batter. Then stir the cocoaibs and the fibers through it.

Pour the batter into a cake form of approximately 22 cm and let it stand and dip.

Bake for 30 minutes on 175° C. Then I removed it from the shape and done in the oven in his head, so that the bottom is also tasty crispy.

Do you want to make more variations of the psyllium rolls? Then look at my Instagram!

Love! Bibi
