Keto Focaccia

I still miss a nice drink bread, or a good sandwich in the soup!
 
With this recipe for Focaccia you can vary nicely, what did you think of adding tasty olives? Or sundried tomatoes? Here you can endlessly give your own taste.

For the basis you need:
 
Ingredients:
- 50 gr almond flour
- 10 gr coconut
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp Italian herb mix
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 25 gr melted butter
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh thyme
 
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Mix in a large bowl. Almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, Italian spice mix, 1 clove finely chopped garlic.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes small and add to the flour mixture.
Add the eggs with the melted cream cheese and let everything mix well in the food processor.
Place a sheet of baking paper in the baking dish and pour in the mixes. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and fresh thyme.
Bake the Focaccia for 20 minutes.
