Keto Pizza Fragola
The pizza for which I always stood in front if they sold the weather at Happy Italy! But now it was time for the keto variant! Road with all sugars, secretly I thought this was better too :)
What do you need?
- 2 proteins
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon pinch
- 60 gr mascarpone
Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Beat the proteins stiff with the baking powder and a pinch of cinnamon.
Place a baking paper on a baking sheet and grease this well.
Now make a circle of the proteins in the middle of the baking tray and divide bin for approx. 20 minutes in the oven.
The bottom is good if you can lift the lights and no longer stay stuck on the baking paper.
Allow to cool and spread with a generous layer of mascarpone.
Cut the strawberries in quarters and divide the strawberries over it to taste.
Sprinkle the powdered sugar (steviala frost) over it and eat tasty!
